The basic version of art-file Gallery costs 3.000 € plus 19% VAT, each licence costs 30 € per month, this includes telefon support within reasonable limits and updates of art-file.

art-file Gallery includes the standard modules Contacts, Artists, Inventory, Invoices, Artist Invoices, and Selections. The user interface is in English and the documents are generated in two languages (English and a second language of your choice). Your output documents corresponding to the corporate identity of your gallery. If desired, the software can be configured to generate documents in three languages. Our existing customers have contributed to the numerous facets available in art-file Gallery by giving us valuable feedback on their individual ideas and work habits. If you find you’re still missing something, we configure art-file Gallery to fit the needs of your gallery even more closely.
